The agenda includes current issues such as diversity in science, artificial intelligence in medicine and the impact of climate change on health will be discussed. The Next Gen Science Sessions will give Young Scientists a stage to present their own research.

Falling Walls Science Summit Berlin on 7-9 November 2023

The Falling Walls Foundation calls for applications from journalists outlining their chosen topic relating to the interdisciplinary programme of the Falling Walls Science Summit 2023.
Successful applicants will be invited to join an exchange with renowned partner organisations and speakers at the Summit. Reporting can take place before, during or after the Falling Walls Science Summit (7–9 November 2023).
Up to fifteen media representatives will be selected. They will each receive a fellowship grant, which will be awarded as a lump sum and will include accommodation expenses and the Summit ticket for the whole duration of the fellowship (6-10 November 2023). Heidelberg Laureate Forum (HLF), 24.-29.9.2023
The Heidelberg Laureate Forum is an annual networking conference where 200 carefully selected young researchers in mathematics and computer science have the unique chance to meet distinguished scientists in their fields for one week of interdisciplinary academic dialogue. Attending journalists will have the exclusive opportunity to interview renowned laureates from mathematics and computer science, both in press panels and one-on-one.
